Neo, I agree, I think that is a reasonable assumption because I heard that the 10K filing is supposed to go all the way up to end of either Sept or Oct of this year (from before Allinder became CEO) so IMO it is a massive 10K filing and would possibly therefore show all of their business operations up to the current time. I would not think they would want to have the 10K filing go public on EDGAR and have everyone read it and find out key business developments before management had a chance to officially announce those big game changers by way of PRs. That seems to make sense. From what I am hearing, it sounds like the 10K was finished a while ago and all this time investors have grown weary and concerned, the auditors have been working their part of the job, which we all know typically takes a few weeks (for an official audit); especially with how big this 10K could be along with the fact that it is the company's first audited 10K. It's too bad for investors that it all could not come out in time for the elections but as a long term RFMK shareholder, I feel confident in the company and management. Of course, I have stated that we certainly NEED that 10K for the sake of transparency but as for the timing, I would rather management do it right and weigh quality over timing or getting it rushed through just to placate the flippers. We need a solid investor base in this company and with Ironridge holding long term about a 10% stake in the company that will certainly help the stock along with long term holders who are looking to the distant future for game changers with this company, not merely using it as a trading vehicle for a 1/10th of a penny scalp trade. We shall see what happens but I think whatever happens, it could very well happen before year end. So at this point, as a long term investor who has been an RFMK shareholder for over a year, there is no reason to go anywhere and so I might as well wait for the main course, like the bear at the picnic table in that other posters pic! Fired up and ready to go, I am! Slurp, yum yum!  Just my opinions.
