The way I'm seeing things (as others seem to be also) is simply this. MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of shares (@.001) were given out by Marani 2.0 to pay off debt. So at what point will these individuals/companies start selling these MILLIONS of shares and start taking profits? Well, imho, it's happening right NOW and that is why the pps is going down. And, supposedly, MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of "restricted stock" is coming off restriction soon (already has happened?) and those folks will be selling at some point to take profits.
But to say this makes ME look like a "basher". Hey, I'm not. I'm just a guy invested in Marani who has concerns and needs to vent. Look, I love roller coasters. That is, the UPS AND DOWNS. But having invested after March 26 it's not been like a roller coaster at all as there haven't been hardly ANY "UPS". In fact, it's more like a friggin' water slide. Straight down from .05 then to .0165 today. Weee...
