Wrong. Nonsense.
"It's on Yoda and the rest of the longs to provide at least one example of debt financing they've ever been involved with. If they can't, then it has to be assumed that it's equity financing for at least 29 more months for you guys."
Not necessarily so; non sequitur.
After making the claim,
"Ironridge doesn't do debt financing"
the burden of proof is on YOU to provide factual evidence which supports your argument, otherwise it is merely assumption and conjecture. The burden of proof is not on any of us at all, it is on YOU. Please provide proof to back up your claims, otherwise we have to categorize your conclusions as mere speculative nonsense. Ironridge is a private investment firm with their own private working practices which are not made public unless through 13G and 13D filings via equity financing. Is it possible you think the only deals they have ever done are equity based because those are the only investment deals for which the terms of the deal are made public via filings? Even if it is the case that they have never done a debt financing with a start up company, is it possible that RFMK is their first? We can all see the point you are trying to make and I don't even think the conclusion, even if by way of faulty generalisations, shines a negative light on the company, but attempting to make a claim, us asking for proof and then merely turning the line of reasoning around and demanding proof from us about making claims based on direct statements made in PRs from the company, is rather weak and will not cut it on this board; it may work on other scammy boards but not here my friend.
Just because you use a company's stock as a flipping and trading vehicle does not mean it's a bad long term investment or that you should find the need to bash when you are looking to get back in cheap and pump when you are in. THAT is the kind of nonsense we DO have a problem with, it is typically frowned upon here. Tomorrow is the MJ vote and this stock is a mere few ticks away from double where it was at the very bottom in triple zeros back when the product was only first starting to launch via OHM. Not having a position at this point... hmmm.. good luck with that.
Toodles...
