A lot of frustration today, and somewhat, deserved.
I am really looking at things this way:
I know the old H/C rules are outdated. That's just a simple fact.
That said, do they want to go thru this every couple of years? I don't think so.
Just a couple of the issues for them to look at are #1 are the poor people going to have access to MMJ going forward at five to eight dollars a gram. NO, they will not. So, what could be a possible solution, if, they do not allow individuals to grow for safety / health reasons ? I would say that either the MMJ will be given to them, or, sold to them at cost. That would solve the issue on that and not hurt the companies if there is a cap on income to qualify.
Another issue is do they allow oil's and other concentrates now, when they know for most young and elderly, that is the best delivery system for many of them. This is not something that will go away.
The issue on this is how to have super control of the products in quality and concentration levels, which strains do what, etc...
I think that with RXNB we are at the top of the heap and will be for a long time to come.
As was mentioned..., no one has gotten a license in quite some time and I find it VERY hard to think it is SIMPLY because of the backlog. NO, something else is happening and I think the above has much to do with it. And do not forget, they already have producers and the MMJ clients are being taken care of. Albeit sloppy and confusing for them, nevertheless it is being done, so H/C might feel they have time to cover all of the bases.
I really do not think they would want to announce the legalization of the oil's for fear of even creating a larger backlog of applicants.
With our BOD, I have to think of how many companies we know of this size, that have this many. I can't think of any at all, which tells me that plans are much bigger than any of us know. This is not pump talk, but , rather , just looking at what is in my face when I do my DD almost every day for a year.
SIO , hit the nail on the head. The ONLY problem we have is with the Government, and quite frankly, the longer they take the better it will be in us getting well positioned to take advantage.
Besides, I might be able to get more shares if this shit keeps up.
