If anyone does make it to an open house it would be nice to ask the CEO why the hold up on the license from HC. I would ask if FITX is in constant contact with HC asking about updates and is everything in order. Why the delay, is it really because HC is overloaded with applications, is there a deficiency that is being taken care of.
I can't recall not 1 single update about the license other than we've received a ready to build letter. The ready to build letter holds a little weight but it's not a license, why is this taking so long. Is it because of the zoning issue in Lakeshore? I know, the CEO said that is not an issue over and over. If it's not an issue why is Lakeshore holding a town meeting again when they just held one 2 weeks ago!
It would be nice to know something because of right now there is nothing concrete other than a building with a nice fence around it. There are no 8k's related to any of the ongoing business that I know of, how about some filings or better yet some audited financials from the new auditor, where does that stand.
The issues are beginning to crop up and there doesn't seem much going on, building has been done for nearly 2 months if not more. I was bashed over an over when I commented about the Vegas trip, being a little premature. I thought taking a congratulation trip was a little over the top because all they really did was convert/complete a build out of an existing building and nothing more than that at the time!
They need to start getting things in order and shareholders need to know where they stand. I've permitted large geological surveys in Canada and I was asked every day where we stood with the permit down to the smallest detail and of course the most often asked question was when will we receive the permit, many other plans/logistics evolved around that permit! The officials from Canada were very helpful and even called myself to update on the permit so I would like to think FITX is talking to them at least once a week if not more often that.
I can see no permits have been issued for awhile, there are still only 13 active permits listed on the HC website, however what nobody seems to know is why. I know of all the speculation, they are over loaded with applications, not enough people, waiting on the lawsuit for an individual to grow their own and on and on, all speculation unless someone can provide a link to prove otherwise!
As a fairly significant shareholder those are a few questions that I would like answered. Can I make it to an open house, no, do I use social media, sorry, no time for FB or any other social website. If anyone has the opportunity to ask any of the above questions I would appreciate the response received.
