[b]$GFMH[/b] .074 Goliath Film Makes 30% Equity Deal in the Frank Dux Documentary, (Pioneer of MMA)
LOS ANGELES, [b][color=blue]Oct. 19, 2012[/color][/b] /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Goliath Film and Media Holdings Inc. (GFMH) (the "Company" or "Goliath") is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 30% equity stake in a documentary entitled "The Deadliest Weapon," on the life of Frank Dux, who is credited as being the pioneer of the extremely popular sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). In addition to being the inspiration for the 1988 film "Bloodsport" starring Jean Claude Van Damme, Frank Dux also co-wrote and choreographed the film.
