Samblis has replied to a post you made on IC Places, Inc. last year I think?was looking about charges every time stock transfer agent answers, it a fee every time! still looking for it, but found this!

I'm going to do something most CEOs would not do. We have been extremely busy with our West Coast expansion. Because of this I have had little time to respond to emails. Years ago when I was a stock broker I phoned the office of Nordstroms to inquire about their stock. I was looking to take a sizable position for my clients. The operator transferred me to the office of Bruce Nordstom and Bruce answered the phone and we talked at length.

That experience had a strong effect on me. I had no inclinations to ever create or run a public company at the time nor did I have any idea of what it would really entail. But there was something about that experience that stayed with me. The idea that this busy man would take the time to speak with one individual interested in his company had a profound effect on me. I wish more CEOs would do this but there are realities to world that in many cases don't make that possible.

So here is my thought. I can't promise I will look at this board often but when I can I will. I will answer your questions as best as I can. In some cases I will not be able to answer then because there may be deals on the table that until closed can't be talked about. As long as the conversation is civil I will continue to stop by from time to time and take questions and update you all when possible.
