I think he is just being overly cautious. Is it a little unnecessary? Probably. But if all we have heard is true and this entire stock got suspended because of a third party whistle blowing, I would probably keep my mouth completely shut too. I just doubt there is anything to update. You wouldn't want to tell people which MM you are in contact with nor if the Form 211 has been filed with FINRA yet as you just build expectations with the possibility of something going wrong still there. And I doubt the audit process is underway yet, as I believe his focus has shifted back to the Pinks rather than the Form 10 and QX for the time being. JMO
