that statement is full holes and sheer assumption. nothing proves that Kmag was/is under investigation. secondly, nothing to validate otherwise why an MM wouldn't sponsor a grey stock. If a company out there has recognized and willing to work with Kmag as a sponsorship. it is only a matter of time before the required filings are completed and submitted. And any MM who has taken on the role would not be willing if the co. was fraudulent. Doesn't make the MM look good.
I didn't see any statement on the PR that SEC filed indicating fraud. 16 companies were listed and the reason posted. Not one had the same reason as Kmag.
