They seem to be still at it with a Wells rumor so maybe no formal complaint. Might it be that they are trying to manipulate the stock price by making the stock look dormant? They have tried just about everything and cannot shake shares from longs. Here's a new approach maybe.

No selling, but no buying either. What may be the next catalyst? Assuming no share buyback and dividend this month.
