To be honest, I don' t think it's a scam. It might just be that they are trying to have it both ways. That is, trying to actually sell the vodka (and why not, pretty good product!) but also make money with the stock aspect as well. And the large amount of money they, supposedly, pay themselves in salary is a concern.

Oh well, guess we'll find out what's up soon enough.
