...IF the company were considering a reverse split, they wouldn't execute it until they were in a position to support the post-split PPS. According to the framework laid out by Milan, the earliest consideration would be after the Reg A offering was complete and a Form S-1 was filed with the SEC. The stock buyback would go a long way in determining if a reverse split would even be necessary.
I do agree that big things are coming...
