When I visited in April, we were still @ 7. I confirmed this in conversation with Angel. However, he did talk philosophically the need for funding (*now secured) and carrying out the business plans, which he outlined very well in 2012.
It would not surprise me to be @ 16 FTE's now, considering all that Angel PR'd about 18-24 months back.
