BlackRock® Announces July Distributions on Big Bank Big Oil Split Corp.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 22, 2014) - BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), today announced the July 2014 distribution for Big Bank Big Oil Split Corp. Unitholders of record on July 31, 2014 will receive cash distributions payable on July 15, 2014.

Details regarding the "per unit" distribution amounts are as follows:
