7 employees and a full lab? That's impossible unless they are working for free according to the finanicals:
For Y/E December 31, 2013, (and this is in REAL dolloars, not thousands (000s)
Lab Expenses - 2,411
Freight & Delivery- 1,543
Other Transportation- 3,145
Total Costs of Goods Sold- 7,099
Just twenty-four hundred dollars ($2,411) to run a full LAB for a year? That's impossible.
And for the same 2013 (annual) period:
Operating Expenses:
Admin & General Exp.- 45,417 (THIS IS WHERE SALARIES WOULD BE)
Sales & Marketing 2,438- (AND HERE, POSSIBLY)
Under $50,000 to pay 7 employees for a year? Thats just nuts!

So the cost of running a full marijuana testing facillity for three months was just $261?? Impossible unless tests are being farmed out!
And under $10,000 in salaries and wages for first quarter 2014 and you expect us to believe there are 7 employees?

And the Board of Directors? Every document I've read says Angel is the only member of the BOD!

Pleas provide links for where it is stated that there are 7 employees and who the members of the Board Of Directors are.
I don't mind that this is a one man show if Angel can pull it off, but I don't like being gamed into believeing there is a full 7-man staff, an actual lab, and a Board of Directors other than Angel when there is no documentation to back that up.
Pleas provide LINKS proving existence of:
1. A LAB with an address.
2. Proof of 7 employees.
3. A list of the Board of Directors.
Otherwise, all signs are that this is a one-man show run by Angel.
