Yes but there are varying degrees of BS. For instance, If you, in a conversation, claimed to be a soccer coach when you are not, no big deal.
Claiming to be an attorney, law enforcement officer, or medical doctor when to are not is illegal. I am researching to see if that appplies to or extends to claiming the existence of a lawsuit when one hasnt been filed.
