If anyone posts on inub today, call phillyfag out on his claim of legal action. Name of court and case number. He has stated he is taking legal action and attempting to serve legal docs.
I actually can ask one of our attorneys at work to let me use the Westlaw database search and see if a case has been filed, at least in the US. Also, if he is making these claims and has not actually taken action, it potentially can be a problem for him ( someone looking in to that too). More serious than just the typical libelous bashing.
