Check the firm that just got control of this bugger.... 34Mil OS.... you think yea right, well NEV SOS & TA Confirm SS remains unchanged...... The way I stumbled upon them was by doing a google search of the address of the new owner listed on the NEV SOS..... Interestingly enough they Filed an IPO and acquire this shell within days of each event..... Do I smell a Back Door IPO....... And to add to the mystery TDA made the stock a call in at some point today, Etrade called customers with open buy orders today as well...
