Is AEGY on the road to revocation? Can anyone confirm reports that TD Ameritrade brokerage will no longer accept buy orders for AEGY? If so, it is an ominous development that may presage revocation. AEGY can be revoked resulting in ticker symbol deletion and disappearance. At that point, trading in AEGY shares on any public market, including the Grey Market, is impossible. SKTO voluntarily deregistered from SEC in Oct 2009, hence, there's no registration to revoke.
