Very good technical analysis! Very Important!
Many people here are waiting for the dividends, buybacks, and Big pr Announcements (Myself included, I am not downplaying them)
But As Winston Explained, these are things that firms and technical traders notice, if the chart say it is going to go up to .12 or so (without any outside influences that send it much higher)
This means that traders who see this pattern and think it is going to .12 now, will buy a lot at the LOW LOW price of .075 or .08 or .09 and then we get some momentum and a run!!!
