Freedom Energy Holdings/Launch TV Network Announces Distribution and Licensing Agreement With NetRange MMH GmbH With the Potential of up to 8 Million Subscribers

As negotiated through the European Television Guild, NetRange will include Launch TV in the basic (bundled channels) channel package. According to the agreement, NetRange shall integrate Launch TV to the Smart TV Portal paying Launch TV .05EUR per subscriber per month.
The term of the agreement is a 3 year license with NetRange MMH GmbH to distribute Launch TV via web-based and/or device-based Smart TV portals on TV Sets, set-top boxes, Blu-Ray players, routers, HDMI dongles, handheld devices, and Smart Phones for a non-exclusive worldwide distribution. NetRange currently has access to approximately 8 million devices. The exact numbers of subscriptions and speed of the rollout has not been determined, however the rollout will begin in August 2014.
NetRange MMH is noted as the largest independent provider of Smart TV portal solutions in Europe! In regards to Smart TV sets, according to a report from the researcher NPD In-Stat predicts that 100 million homes in North America and Western Europe will own television sets that blend traditional programs with internet content by 2016.
