Board: Marani Brands Inc. Reason: Off-Topic
I disagree with this. There are many differences and there is a lot of intended misinformation spread here.

What's troubling, are the indications that they are following the same pattern as the last time out, expecting different results. Why will this time be different...?
In real business is does take time. It took several months of discussions to get Marani on the shelves of Costco. Nevertheless, they did succeed. Now, Costco allowed tasting. Well, that's another step forward. And yes, it's only 13 stores, for now. However, it's all according to their timelines, not the company's. I expect further expansion. What National retailer like Costco were they in before the restructuring?
It's not because there are no PR's that they're not emptying that container as we speak.
I notice you're only stating the "overly positive posts":

When we see items that state 'this is an entirely different company' (when it clearly isn't), or this is '.10 to .20 just to start' (when it clearly isn't), when we repeatedly see 'there is zero dilution" (when there clearly is dilution), red flags start popping.
While the opposite kind of posts, stating clearly exagerated (mis)information, are even more prominent.
Both are the reason why I don't post here that much anymore.
Regarding the following:

if there is dilution, we might certainly be lining the pockets of Margrit/Ani/Ara
Noone seems to mention that Margrit recently aligned herself with shareholders, by buying 35M shares.
There might be some ongoing dilution, however, we don't know for sure. It could be a private placement too.
According to my calculation, the float is around 350M. Is that much? HELL NO!
Awareness is coming, through commercials and events. Ok, currently all events are in CA. However, let's not forget that CA is the 8th largest economy in the world. And rest assured, the word of mouth in CA is ongoing and more and more people are getting to know the brand.
As always, patience is a virtue.
GO MRIB!!
