MOUNT PLEASANT, UT - July 21st, 2014 — Green PolkaDot Box Incorporated (OTC: GPDB) “GPDB” or “Company” announced today that it has entered into an exclusive, private label, fulfillment agreement with Lucrazon Global LLC to ship organic and non-GMO foods, including dietary supplements to online customers who order from its more than 11,000 e-stores.

GPDB CEO Rod Smith commented on the achievement: “We believe that Lucrazon has an extraordinary business model, among numerous other capabilities, to build and service a rapidly expanding network of e-stores.  The agreement between our companies represents a potential boon in our wholesale, private label division."

Sales are projected to commence in August 2014.
