Sustainable rises in share price at important. It's all about consolidation and $BCAP is going on one month of trading between $0.0006-9.
A PR announcing a functioning TA acquisition should take the stock sustainably into 00's. even if it were only $0.0010-12 it would represent a healthy range. I believe it will be higher based on the chart though.
Remember that's without the $200k cash expected from the settlement of the $RIGH debt (there was no move up on that), and without detailed information on the two S-1 clients announced in February (those details should be released after the TA news per the 02/21/2012 PR).
