It is hard to believe that you are going to try to claim that a fall in Stock price after the release of the Q being filed would be due to price manipulation. After all, is it not a simple Sell reaction to the Q?
That is what happened last time... the Annual Report was released June 3. On June 4 the stock fell from .16 to .10. That was a reaction on the part of investors to the report... plain as day. Dead simple. Definitely NOT Rocket Science.
Yet you are going to try to postulate that that was market manipulation??? Fascinating...
