Always potential for alterior motives but vibe I get is it got personal for him and when he felt pushed/threatened it had the reverse effect and he fought back. The fact is that had Benz and management addressed his checklist of questions and concerns in a transparent and non-litigious perspective it would have melted away.
IF....IF the dream team had addressed my questions and concerns, along with other loyal shareholders I would have a different perspective.
