Can some of you take a look at this photo and tell me if it is an RFID tag??

I don't know how to hyperlink it.

I bought something recently and found this in the packaging.  The item was in a sealed package, not hanging on a rack.  It is about 3/4 of an inch wide, 2 inches long.

I didn't find any RFID tag photos online that matched up with this.....

If it is, I will work backwards and see how difficult it is to determine, from the product manufacturer, where the tag came from.
