$WNTR has been growing there diversified asset base of 31M and has adopted a dividend policy to pay shareholders on record September 30th and December 31th.
$WNTR's business model takes there private assets public and then distributes the stock spinoff dividend to shareholders. In essense your getting free money.
Current PPS is .0041. Great entry point. PPS should run into August 14th. Q2 earnings should show 2.3 million on the books.
