$DRL Book Value is $43 per share. Trading at $5.20 per share now.
News and 8K of $235m tax refund from Puerto Rico Govt could see the
start of a sustained run to $25-$35 per share and eventually higher.
The bank sold of troubled assets for $390M and reported in 8k last week.
With a 6m share float and the bank getting back to being a well capitalized
Bank, I see a great investment opportunity from under $10.00 PPS.
