RIGH = money lost. This is a very standard ban
Post# of 5949
This is a very standard bankruptcy case. I've seen what Mr. Stanz is saying many times before, and the result is always the same:
- the debtor ends up blowing huge amounts of cash investigating and trying to prove a non-existent issue
- the two parties then state their claim and the debtor makes no mention of how it settled its side of the contract
- the judge orders mediation where the debtor then further exposes their lack of legal grounds
- then debtor loses in court
- the creditor starts to collect (struggle at first and then a series of court judgements forces a series of small payments)
- finally the debtor pays the remaining obligations in full
Mr. Stanz had the obligation to settle his side of the contract he signed with Mr. Dwyer. The contract and supporting documents are all the bankruptcy judge will consider.
It's already game over for RIGH. Even if people don't want to accept it at present
