Sorry to tell you EY, but you're wrong. Ironridge doesn't do debt financing. They specialize in equity financing only. If it were debt financing there would've been terms for repayment, but there weren't. It's all equity/dilutive funding and with the amount of shares that's still owed to Ironridge it doesn't look like the current A/S will cut it. If you're really interested in doing some real DD on them, then here's their portfolio page. They've pretty much destroyed the PPS of any of the companies they've funded. Any thoughts?
