From a creditors perspective RIGH is a dead compan

BCAP won't do any business with RIGH until after its been through a corporate reorganization and has secured electronic delivery to secure BCAP's interest. Basically expect the RIGH shell to be seized by BCAP via corporate bankruptcy code, a large R/S (10-30,000:1), then an audit performed, and "New RIGH" filing a Form 10 and re-listing as a QB company.
After Matt takes BCAP current expect to see more on the legal front. There's a 90% chance of BCAP winning and 10% of RIGH winning. What you'll see going forward is BCAP supporting its legal case and RIGH trying to play the emotive card. That emotive card is typical for defaulted debtors and is always thrown out in bankruptcy court.
There's much more detail I can go into, but I prefer to see how Mr. Stanz continues to weaken his position.
