It's true, the stock is only at 0.0023 which is below a quarter of one cent which IMO is kind of ridiculous when you back up and take a look at the sector and the grand scheme of things. I find it rather interesting that Ironridge, RFMK's big institutional investor basically has the largest stake in RFMK and their cost basis is somewhere between 0.0021 and 0.0022 and two days before the MJ vote the stock is sitting only one TIC from that price. The market seems to really not trust that this company is capable of ever being able to accomplish anything, yet look at all the accomplishments that have already happened just in the last six months!!! Another interesting look at it is knowing that 20k units are going to be in ordered then once they are sold (who knows how long it will take to sell those), then the revenues alone could be about $2M. If we assume half of that as profit then once we slap a 50 P/E multiple on the resultant EPS, the fair PPS comes out at about $0.033 !!! At the current PPS, 0.0023, and a P/E of say 50, the market is assuming the company will only make a tiny tiny fraction of that EPS at only about $69,000 for the year!! That would equate to a mere $17,000 in profits per quarter! LOL Does anyone see anything wrong with such an assumption?! Its ridiculous IMO. That would mean the corp would only be selling nearly 345 units per quarter, or 115 units per month, which comes out to a mere 19 units sold each month via each of the various sales outlets, which seems like a joke to me. And furthermore these gross estimations are only looking at the current sales picture and nothing to do with future sales potential OR any intrinsic asset worth along with the fact that as of now this company has zero debt!! IMO the risk/reward picture for investors in this stock is better than any other stock in the sector. I think by this time next year this stock could be trading on the OTCBB, fully reporting, massive sales and revenues, along with a larger investor base including other large institutional firms and the PPS could be through the roof! Holding this stock for at least a year to see what happens is in my opinion THE BEST or at least one of the best investment ideas around right now. I also like owning physical gold and silver and short Yen pair trades but that is another matter, PM me for other ideas if you care to discuss.
