Reality hurts. Big time. I’d put all the BCAP PR’s together if the stock wasn’t already dead, and take you guys through the entire story and how it unfolded. But, it’s too late to even help... your money is gone. The bid is at 0001. It’s over. Soon there will be no more believers, and the stock will dry up completely, forcing Dwyer to do the reverse split... it’s inevitable.
Most of my friends who used to be here sold BCAP long ago, and any who were left sold BCAP immediately after the 2nd conference call... myself included.
Most of you know why. Because in the 1st call, Dwyer PROMISED there’d NEVER be a Reverse Split, and he PROMISED there would be sharebuy backs to help the PPS grow. This was like 5 months ago, when the symbol was still TOFS.
Get this... Immediately after the 1st call, with promises of share buybacks and higher PPS... Dwyer immediately INCREASED the shares in the market by over a Billion!! Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe it was another 1.5 Billion? Either way! It was the opposite of what he promised.
It was an INCREASE which only helps the PPS DECLINE, not grow! However, Dwyer quickly came up with an excuse for the share increase, and so must of us let it slide, because his excuse was that soon the buybacks would come... that never happened to date.
The Symbol Change was 2-3 months late from the date which Dwyer predicted. (a $50 fee for the symbol/name change... 2-3 months late)
The Transfer Agency was late because he said he didn’t have the money to purchase the software. Go figure.
Now that he has the software, the most recent PR suggests there will not be any use for it, for quite some time. He has NO clients, he said. LMAO
So, another delay is at work here. But let me not get side tracked. Matt Dwyer is sad, and scared to admit what he does in his office, with RIGH Level 2 up on the screen. Remember? That comes from a shareholder who visited the POS CEO, and he personally saw with his own eyes RIGH L2 on Dwyer’s computer!
Also, another shareholder... didn’t seem to thrilled with Dwyer after his personal visit either.
The guy sits in a room and scams the public, that’s it. That’s all. That’s why the SP is DEAD! He has diluted the stock to no end. I’m proud to admit, that I don’t live a lie. Nope. Nothing to hide. Just a 24 year old who advertises, manages, delivers food, translates English, and does everything else – for a Chinese restaurant. Long hours. 80 Hours a week is hard work. But you'd be surprised what a 24 year old American can earn helping out in China Town. Can your CEO take a page out of my book, and tell the truth about his job? LOL i think NOT.
Anyways.... after the share increase (opposite of what he promised.. along with the subsequent LIE that the buy backs would still be coming shortly... this was like 5 months ago) he finally got the $50 name change registered. The result? Just another decline in PPS. It’s never left TRIPS except for the initial run to 0024 on speculation (that occurred long before the 1st conf. call)
But, when dilution set in, it was straight back to 0001, then 0005 give/take, now back to 0001 for good... considering:
Dwyer finally decided to do a 2nd conference call. (about one month ago now...today is march 11th 2012) Guess what? On the 2nd conference call...
Dwyer said THAT HE CAN NOW NOT RULE OUT A REVERSE SPLIT. IT CAN’T BE RULED OUT, he said.
On the first call, he promised a R/S would never happen. Now on the latest call, he says it may happen. Also... No share buybacks, still. No mention of buying back shares, but get this...
HE ALSO SAID ON THE CALL... HE MIGHT NEED TO DO ANOTHER A/S INCREASE!!

If you guys can’t see the light.... LMAO.... forget about it.
The bid is where it belongs. .0001. And anyone still holding shares deserves to lose their money IMO. You had all this information available, but you chose to ignore it, with the hope of “hitting the jack pot.”
Here are some emails i exchanged with Dwyer. I exchanged many emails with him, all of which were my feelings mentioned above, that i shared with him as well:
That was just one email where I accused him of selling shares. In others I said he was gifting shares to his friends, so they could dump them in the market. (which dwyer admitted before, remember? he said AT LEAST one friend was given 200M shares!)
You guys need to understand what it means if, and he probably is, dwyer is dumping shares. It means, while you guys are on one end buying up all his shares he’s selling. He’s on the other end, receiving all your money. So, after accusing him several times of this... I told him... “it's just SAD and my SYMPATHY goes out to you”... to which he gave this answer... "I WILL TAKE WHATEVER YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE"
My question for you all is... Who says THAT... AT THE SAME TIME they're being accused of dumping shares in the market???? See for yourself:
Oh yes. This really just happened. You just read this post, the post that is shutting this scam DOWN! BCAP is DONE. THIS IS AN INTELLECTUAL DUE DILIGENCE KNOCK OUT!
By the way... ole’ DWYER used to POST MESSAGES ON IHUB under the USER NAME: THEMIGHTYTHOR. His last post, get this..... was over at RIGH!!!!!
