FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 3rd, 2014 /PRNewswire/ – PV Enterprises International, Inc. (OTC: PVEC, the “Company”), a company maneuvering in the specialty cruise, ecotourism, and global travel markets, is pleased to announce a new financing round under Regulation A of the Securities Act of 1933 (“Reg A Offering”). To complete the Reg A Offering, the Company must file a “mini-registration statement” with the Securities And Exchange Commission (“SEC”) which does not require audited financial statements nor trigger the reporting requirements under Section 15(d) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. “We are excited for this opportunity to access capital in larger amounts to accelerate the completion of our business plan and share more information with the SEC, the public, our shareholders and prospective investors,” said CEO Peter Villiotis.
