lets hope they find geo did some improper trading of CWRN stock in violation of agreement w CWRN- might mean a present for us
TX jury found CWRN complied w the JVA- which is the important thing,and was not unjustly enriched by Geo- not that they didnt deserve anything,an interpretation elsewhere
and reason why CWRN was not unjustly enriched as Geo argued was because CWRN alleged Geo withheld and or commingled millions,which either equaled or exceeded Geos contribution, is my take on it
remember Geo only took a small slice of the larger cake -the slice most favorable to geo - and geo even lost on the small slice most favorable to geo -so thats about the best possible result for CWRN
Anyway, good TX result in what was set up from the get go as a 1 sided case that didnt take into account CWRN's side, especially w all the discovery etc games imo played by Geo
CWRN's side/wish list to be heard in CA,and good TX case result bodes well for CWRN's case in CA
