true...which i guess is the blessing of being at no bid and a huge amount stacked at 0002. their share capital (if thats the term) is only 1.3 million dollars...I dont see why a large investor giving credit to the company wouldnt want to give them 1 million dollars to buy back shares now before any major info is released and price starts to up. Then just receive restricted shares as their collateral or payment. Or preferreds...which would convert to the higher price and not .20. I will probably hold my certs for the whole two years and see if they can achieve their goals. Even if they split it i dont think that applies to the issued C shares. I dont think they can have it go to a penny by a huge run from deals and contracts being announced and proven. 10 billion shares would be a 100 million dollars. I think theyve got something up their sleeve, the dilution had a purpose...not the desired method but it was the only solution. (pure opinion from my own thoughts on everything shown). They couldnt get a large enough financing backed by capital to achieve their goals, especially with how the books were from previous years. So they needed to try to get credit with something else to back it. Like Saha said..."The funding for the new business plan will be coming from credit; credit that will be secured by land and vessels. The Company cannot “produce” enough shares to finance the acquisition of the assets needed for the business plan". They had to clear their books to be eligible for anything. So they gave the current shareholders preferreds to secure their value. 3.5 billion shares issued at the par value of .001 gives you the amount given back to shareholders to give them their value back. Because they were going to dilute the shit out of it and clear everything. Look at all the court sites....everythings gone, maybe 1 or 2. last quarterly majority of the notes were paid off. Texas case i dont think we will see anything of. Sazant case?? I dont think there is a case. and Turner? Well he hasnt posted in 9 days..quite odd of him.
Or Im seeing all this completely wrong and way off

Overview of May's US Inflation Report

The Commerce Department's report showed the slowest rate of underlying price increases in six months, along with a little increase in consumer spending. With an eye toward a controlled economic slowdown without sparking a recession or high unemployment, this data has increased hope that the F... Continue Reading
