Hey John, welcome to the board. I think you'll find quite a bit of useful information here if you go back a month or two worth of posts. That's what I ended up doing before I signed up.
I understand your conservative mindset of holding on the sidelines but this may be a scenario where the side is also a risk if you're interested in this position. The train is approaching the station, sure it is slow right now but it will pick up speed. It may make more sense to scale into a position. Buying small positions each week while maintaining a good average cost. Otherwise, if it pops in a couple weeks to $.24, $.28? $.50? You jump in then and you have no choice but to take the cost given. Scale in now and you can average that and mitigate the risk of getting in at an inflated entry point.
