Guys say HIMR cuts down a cocobolo and it is value

Guys say HIMR cuts down a cocobolo and it is valued at 5K, what percentage of that is considered revenue for HIMR? I am asking because I remember reading somewhere that Hollunds revenue share was 17% or something like that. It's just that I see a a lot of numbers being thrown around but has anyone taken into consideration that if we are collecting only 17% of a trees value then that 5K would only be $850. Can anyone elaborate on the revenue structure and how that would affect our stock price when they start pulling logs?
