Exactly why did you post this? It isn't new and it is on the OTC. For any investor in pinky land they know where to find the info. If they don't know how to find this info then they shouldn't be investing.
However it does seem that many that have invested in this POS stock did not to their DD - at all.!!

Or some just don't care that Peter Michaels is a convicted Felon and has current fraud lawsuits against him. Not to mention all the judgments against him.
One of the lawsuits has to do with a company placing an order for ecigs that Michaels claimed to have. It was apprx a 90K order, that never was filled - still not to this day - and he never returned their money. He did party with it in.. It appears he never made ANY attempt to fill the order
HMMM... so much for Michaels having any products to sell... didn't then, doesn't now. And never had those great disposable phones.
Yep, CANNOT understand why anyone would invest in this stock - but apparently some can DIG IT. Wonder what the motivation is....
