what i always find telling is the criticism on offer
how easy it is to judge something *most* have never undertaken
few who know all aspects of *start ups in transition* expect seamless
what eludes *many* .. and why issued and outstanding isn't 1 BILLION
is the founder's control of the stock originally .. (2009)
that said >> those requiring clarity should indeed wait for it ..
risk rises exponentially the closer mgmt gets to execution
based on the 7.1.14 update (and the confirmation many of us read
elsewhere) that execution <specific to flagship proc> is en route
