-Brad Dautremont does not appear to have any experience with running a publicly traded company.
-Brad's experience is running a small construction company in AZ, and bar tending.
-Brad's construction company has an F rating with the BBB for "Failure to have a required competency license".
-Brad's construction company has several expired or suspended licenses as shown on the AZ Contractor website.
-Website for DC Energy is in copyright violation.
-Pending civil suit that was just filed in April 2014.
