I had told myself hat I was going to confine mysel

But I had to respond to this:
Why can't they provide even one source of documentation to validate their concerns....
Really?
Look, I am as tired (well, almost as tired I guess) as most longs of the skeptic (or "basher" or "troll" according to some) posts feigning some sort of B.S. "concern" regarding the JBI, Inc. supporters' investment. I say again... Really?
But give me a break! The "documentation" that validates those concerns is spelled out (insert obligatory IMO here) quite plainly in the company's very own filings (when they actually filed them), bogus press releases, unfullfilled, unproven, and unsubstantiated claims, horrendous financial reports and balance sheets, and promises of pending events, alleged developments, much heralded and then apparently stillborn and ignored joint ventures and "partnerships", and insulting (again, in my view) assurances of transparency and "CFP!"; quarter after quarter, year after year. And this "validation" began with, and continues under JB himself, and the undistinguished (to be kind) parade of subordinates, and supposed successors.
Again - I don't have a financial stake (I like to believe that I am almost smart enough to know what I don't know), and I at least grasp the "market manipulation"/MM's/naked shorting/OTC "cesspool"/*dolts*<snicker> (Jesus!) excuses and explanations. And I do not, and would not, "expect seamless"... Blah blah, woof woof - so that does not "elude".
There were people - ostensibly perfectly honest, apparently intelligent, and undoubtedly loyal - and sincere in their conviction and belief that "China Coast" was bound to be an enormously successful and profitable "fast casual" concept restaurant chain, or that Beta Max or LaserDisc was the next "can't miss", "bleeding edge" emerging technology, sure to create generational wealth. That blind loyalty and complete refusal to countenance any doubt, did not result in "continued success". Wait, don't you have to have some initial success to have "continued success"..... ? Never mind.
So, that's my $.02. And I know, I know: "Sweet blog" and TLDR.
