That certainly shows that JBI doesn't have anything novel but any patents others own and copied by JBI might not be very worthwhile either.

I think the fundamental first step would be for Mr. Bordynuik to provide evidence of value...any value. So far there has been only evidence that it's worthless. Anything besides that is just a red herring.
