Smart buys. I grabbed another 150,000 today in addition to my 600,000 yesterday. Loading zone now until the party starts. and that party is going to start. Makes no difference if its late or not. The key is its coming.... Multiple Material Events will hit and the chase to 10 cents plus will be on IMO. Smart money buys the bottom, ALWAYS. CYBK perfect example !
