There is a very large difference between companies that do a R/S to stay alive!
NTEK would be doing a R/S for a different reason, it would not lower the Market CAP, in fact it would increase it!
Let's say a company like NTEK has 541 million shares (minus the 40,000,000) in escrow.
Do you really think that people are going to be eager to short a company that only has 100 million shares vs one that has 500 Million shares???
The fact is they would be faced with the fact of not being able to cover!!!
It really comes down to this: NTEK has just delivered NP-1's which they are making a fortune on, they are a 40 million dollar Market Cap, Have positive Reviews on Amazon, Had another good announcement about a 4k Muse Delivering
So the company traded up all day right with this great news???? No for some reason it is down 5%, are you kidding, this is just Blatant Manipulation, that seems to have no end in site. MM's are getting in on it Gapping the stock by 5-10%
As for your other comment about it going down.. If you own 500,000 shares now at about .08 and instead own 100,000 shares at .40, how would the value of your shares go down. If the market cap is 40 million and NTEK has sales of 40 Million, you really think that the stock would go down???
No the other stocks went down for separate reasons, not because of the reverse split!
