Not sure I agree with that. IMO, the "smart" investors either got out early to minimize losses, or, imo, more likely took profits on the way up, before the suspension. Anyone who is "stuck" is not as likely, (again, imo) to sell at this big of a loss.
I'm thinking accumulation by some longs, and bashers picking up some shares to pump when this turns around.
