I agree 100%. Let's be realistic for a second. This stock has been suspended and cast to the greys with nonstop bashing and no word from the CEO in over 6 weeks. I venture to say that every single transaction should be considered a buy rather than a sell. People willing to assume this amount of risk are clearly in control of the transaction. And in this scenario I feel like somebody THINKS they know something. I say this for two reasons:
1. If it was a bad sell off, PPS would be dropping possibly into triple zeros.
2. If it was patient accumulation, volume wouldn't be this high as there are chances every day to buy at this range.
I am not saying somebody actually knows something, but they certainly think something is happening very soon to be seeing this kind of accumulation.
