All that wrangling for years in the TX case by Geo for nothing. Their 10k for last year showed something like a loss of 1.3 million-which might've been just for last 6 months of 2013, so I thought, inter alia, they might be using TX case to try to fund their company. Dont know where they got 12 million ask when they dont even claim more than 2 million investment in 1 portion of their complaint and then another portion says 2-5 without any supporting evidence on file that i could see
"So lets see how this will play out in San Diego, which is a much bigger case....."
Yep thats what I've been saying,as in the following post posted yesterday:
Dont expect much to come out of the TX case- which ignores CWRN's claims and deals solely w Geos claims re equipment -a very bizarre inherently unfair one-sided misleading situation
CWRN's claims/side will be heard in the CA case...
then the REAL action will begin - the CA case -where Bobs CWRN is asking for up to 7.5 million in actual damages and at least scores of millions of incidental and punitive damages in 13 counts-
some of the counts allow up to 5 million in punitive from each of the 30 plus defendants -including the infamous baja 30
and if CA case decides Geo violated agreement w CWRN re selling Geos CWRNs stock prematurely-w consequent pps crash- CWRN is claiming Geo improperly received up to 5.3 million from doing so (I've posted these things many times directly from CWRN's complaint) (resulting in damages to stockholders from such) stockholders of record at that time could receive an award to partially reimburse us-no guarantees.
