I would assume Sir Richard Branson asked and was totally satisfied with the answer to that question before he put a large investment into Agilyx.
Seeing that billionaire super investor Branson is extremely well versed on green initiatives, as well as investments ,it is practically assured either there is no longer any hazardous waste or it has been disposed in a proper manner that would satisfy his hard core 'green' beliefs.
Remember the investment adage: 'follow the money'.
And Branson put his money in Agilyx and their patented (4) technology.
